Recognition is optional. Analysis runs locally.
Calculations and analyses take place locally on the device. Expense analysis, personal price trends, contract overviews, budget calculations and forecasts are calculated locally. AI is used only for optional receipt and contract recognition.
Even when item-based features are hidden in manual mode, their calculations are performed locally from suitable recorded item data. AI is used to extract source information.

What stays on your device
Recorded receipts, line items, contracts, income and analyses are stored in the local app database. There is no personal user account or advertising profile. Manual use does not transmit data for recognition.
What optional recognition transmits
With your consent, required images, files or shared contract text are sent via Firebase or Google Cloud to Google Gemini. Technical use also involves a random identifier from anonymous sign-in, App Check and, for technical reasons, your IP address. “No user account” therefore does not mean that no technical identifiers are processed when using AI.
Gemini processing may also take place outside the EU.
Consent and deletion
Recognition is voluntary. You can withdraw consent under “Info & Settings” and switch to “without AI”. Previously saved receipts remain available; item-dependent analyses are hidden. You can delete all local data in the settings.
