Record recurring payments

Enter contracts manually with provider, contract type, amount and payment frequency. This makes regular costs visible alongside everyday purchases.

Monthly equivalent and actual due date

WertNoxX also shows regular payments as monthly equivalents. For example, an annual payment of €120 equals €10 per month. In the outlook, the payment is counted in the month when it is actually due.

Daily, weekly, four-weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annual payment intervals are supported. Effective changes in amount and any recorded end date are included in the payment schedule.

Record due payments as expenses

You choose whether due payments are entered automatically in the app. On launch, outstanding payments with automatic recording enabled are booked as expenses. With manual recording, you confirm the payment yourself. This is an in-app record, not a bank transfer.

Optional document recognition

With AI recognition enabled, contracts can be read from photos, files or shared email text. The current project supports up to five pages for photos. The contents are sent to Google services for recognition.

Due dates for planning

Contract payments are included in ongoing forecasts based on their due dates. Irregular shopping expenses and known recurring costs are therefore treated differently.

Check sensitive information

Verify automatically recognized amounts and dates before saving. Contracts may contain personal information; only submit the pages necessary for recognition.
